- The wallet balance always displays your balance at the moment you check your wallet.
- You might think you are done ✅ if you already paid all invoices issued to your account.
- However, there may be charges that occurred over the current month that made your balance negative.
- These charges will be part of your next invoice, so you can use it as a way to check how much you can expect your next invoice to be.
- If you made a bank transfer to xChange, please send your payment slip to our finance team: payments@container-xchange.com
- Make sure to include the invoice number in the email.
- Please note that international bank transfers may take 2-5 business days to arrive in our bank accounts.
I paid all my invoices but my balance is still negative, why?
