I have a negative balance in my wallet, where is this coming from?

• First, you need to download your account statement as explained in this article:
  • Where can I find my Account Statement?
• At the bottom of the spreadsheet, you will see a  final balance: 

• If the final balance is negative, in that same spreadsheet you can check the breakdown of all your invoiced transactions and cross-check the invoice numbers in the wallet's Invoices tab.

How can I pay for this negative balance?

• Go back to the wallet and navigate to the Invoices tab
• You can check your open invoices here by selecting the Open status ⬇️

• If you click on the three-dot icon

• You can easily pay for them with the added credit card in the wallet by selecting the Pay Now option
