By enabling Payment Handling, xChange has the capability to manage most transaction fees on the platform (e.g. per-diems, pick-up credits, and storage fees).
Any other charges, such as operational fees or non-standard fees agreed upon by both parties, are credited only after receiving confirmation from the partner responsible to complete payment.
Credits to the receiving party would show as "Pending" in the wallet and can only be paid out once the payment from the charged party is received. In this case, the credit would also not be pending anymore in the wallet.
We xChange, actively monitor and ensure the completion of these payments as part of our collections process. It's important to note that there is no predefined payment schedule for charges that are not credited in real time.
As soon as we receive the payment from the charged party, the credits will become available in the recipient's wallet.
