The release reference is not working/valid, what can I do?

It is important that you, as the user, contact the depot to confirm the containers are ready for pick‑up or drop-off latest 24 hours before you go to the depot. This is to ensure that a 'dry-run' is avoided. 

The depot contact details and additional handling information can be found on the release reference provided to you on the deal page. 

If you contact the depot, and they don’t recognize the reference, they didn’t get the instruction from the supplier, or if any other issue is preventing the pick‑up/drop-off, please communicate the issue to the supplier in the leasing deal's chat. If you have already tried to communicate with the supplier, but the reference has not been provided or corrected in time, please reach out to Customer Support, make sure to tag @support in your message. The support agent will reach out to the supplier so that the issue can be resolved.
