What is the difference between Gate-buy and Pick-up deals?

You can select whether the deal should be Gate-buy or Pick-up.

Gate-buy deals are where the seller delivers the unit to the buyer's depot.

Pick-up deals are where the buyer pick-ups the unit from the seller's depot.
