Can the deal type change from gate-buy to pick-up or vice-versa?

Yes, when it is a gate-buy deal you can find the above illustration of the deal flow on the top, right-hand side of the deal page.  If for some reason the deal type must be changed then please reach out to us via the support function and a trading specialist will change the deal type for you.

Once the deal type has changed you will receive a confirmation on the deal chat and the flow will update. It will display 'pick-up' rather than delivery once the deal type changes from gate-buy to pick-up. This is shown as below:

We advise that you only change the deal type in exceptional circumstances and only accept deals that match all your exact needs - including deal type.
