Trading Price Recommendations and Price Rating

Why did we do this?

• It is easier to find reasonably priced offers.

• To know if you have a fair starting price.
• Increase the chances to close a successful trading deal. 

How did we come up with the Recommended Prices? 

• The price recommendations are based on the data analysis of several recently accepted trading deals. 
• We calculated the average price, taking into consideration the container type, location, and container condition. 
• It is important to note:  
  • Not every trading listing will have a recommended price.
  • Recommended prices are only suggested for Pick-Up Trading deals, not Gate-Buy Trading deals.

How did we come up with the Price Rating? 

• Buyers are looking for containers with the most reasonable prices, this is why we set the Buyer Price Rating as follows: 
  

  • Good prices are lower than the average price.

  • Fair prices are up to 20% higher than the average price.

  • High prices are more than 20% of the average price.

• The Seller Price Ratings are: 

  • High prices are more than 20% of the average price.

  • Fair prices are between 0% and 20% higher than the average price.

  • Good prices are less than the average price.
