My Credit Card payment was not successful, what can I do?

  • If you attempted to complete upfront payment via Credit Card, but encountered the following message:

Why did this happen?

  • As Container xChange, we can't be 100% sure of the reason for this.
  • It could be that you entered the wrong Credit card digits (always make sure to check the numbers and dates match)
  • It could be that your card does not have sufficient funds or simply as a precaution from your credit card provider.

How can we resolve this issue?

  • You need to reach your Bank or Credit Card provider to resolve the main issue.
  • As a temporary solution, you can pay via a Bank Transfer
  • Or attempt to complete the payment with a different Credit Card
