How can I increase my Unit Limit?

There are different ways to increase your unit limit, depending on whether you have just joined xChange or if you have been an active member of the network for a while.

If you are a new member, you can increase your credit unit limit by:

      • Paying expected transaction charges upfront to your xChange Wallet
      • Supplying your own containers. For every container you supply, you can pick up one more container
      • Completing transactions as per terms and agreements.
      • Returning containers as per agreed terms (and thereby showing operational reliability) can increase your limit substantially
      • Provide at least 3 trade references from previous trade partners.

      • Paying expected transaction charges upfront to your xChange Wallet
      • Supplying your own containers. For every container you supply, you can pick up one more container

You can provide additional documents for consideration to assess your individual unit limit (new and already active members)

      • Audited financials for the last 2 years (in the case of newly established firms, please feel free to provide us with proof of collateral mortgages or any other party credit reports).

Please send the above documents to limits@container-xchange.com. If you have an urgent deal that needs to be completed, please provide the Deal's ID. The xChange Limits team will review your documents and get back to you in a timely manner.
