What can I do if I have reached my Container Leasing Limit?

- Your Container Leasing Limit depends mainly on your financial performance.

Reach an agreement with your partner. We would like to clarify that Container xChange can not offer a payment guarantee for a deal that surpasses the Container Leasing Limit.
- We can only credit the supplier once we receive payment from you.

By supplying your containers.
- For every container you provide as a Supplier, you can pick up one more container as a User.
- For every container you provide as a Supplier, you can pick up one more container as a User.
- Review your open deals that are in the Payment, Release, or Pick-up stage (you can request a change of the number of units, or cancel outdated deals).

Report drop-off dates of already returned units on our platform.
- Return picked-up containers.
- Please note that all other services will still apply as always:
- Pick-up and Drop-off Monitoring and Tracking
- Payment Handling (including invoicing and dispute resolution)
- Insurance (if selected)
