There are two different ways to increase your unit limit on xChange. This will depend on the last time your unit limit was reviewed/adjusted.
Please review the criteria in the following sections and send the below-mentioned documents and information to our Risk team via email: limits@container-xchange.com or directly to your xChange account manager.
My unit limit has not been adjusted within the last 90 days, how can I increase my unit limit?
If you want to increase your unit limit immediately, and your limit has NOT been reviewed or adjusted within the last 90 days, please provide the following documents:
1) Financial Statements for the last 2 years
2) Bank Statement for the last 3 months
3) Provide additional guarantees (e.g., bank guarantee)
*In addition to the financial documents, you may additionally provide supportive documents such as third-party trade references from previous partners or bank guarantees.
My unit limit has been adjusted within the last 90 days, how can I increase my unit limit?
If you want to increase your unit limit immediately, but your limit has been reviewed or adjusted within the last 90 days, please provide the following documents:
1) Pay a deposit of 1,500 USD/unit
2) Supply units on xChange
3) Provide additional guarantees (e.g., bank guarantee)
*In addition to the financial documents, you may additionally provide supportive documents such as third-party trade references from previous partners or bank guarantees.
When will I receive an update on my request?
- The xChange Risk team will review your documents and get back to you in a timely manner.
- xChange may also increase your unit limit over time.
- Limits may be adjusted dynamically after the first 3 months of performance on the xChange platform.
- Your operational and financial performance (e.g., returning containers as per agreed terms, completing transactions as per terms and agreements, balancing your account by paying your open invoices) are considered to increase your unit limit.
- xChange Risk Team may also reach out to you for updated financial documents to make future adjustments.
