What is ACH Debit? 

ACH (Automated Clearing House) debit is an electronic payment method that allows you to authorize a merchant or service provider to withdraw funds directly from your bank account. 

ACH debit is another payment option for Container xChange's trading customers in the United States. It will be processed by Resolve, our payment partner.

Why choose ACH over other payment options? 

• Lower Fees: ACH debit transactions typically have lower processing fees compared to credit cards or wire transfers. 
• Reliability: ACH transactions are processed through a secure and well-established network, ensuring timely and reliable payments.
• Easy Setup: Once authorized, ACH debit payments are straightforward to set up and manage.
• Avoids Debt: Unlike credit cards, ACH debit payments are drawn directly from a bank account, helping you to avoid accumulating debt.

How long does ACH take to process?  

ACH transactions usually take 2-3 business days to process. However, the exact timing can vary depending on your bank and the time of day the transaction is initiated. 

How much does it cost?  

Normal Payment Handling Fees for transacting on xChange still apply. However, there are no additional fees.

How can I pay with ACH on xChange?

• In the checkout process, ACH debit is an another payment method you can select: 

• Once you confirm your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to Resolve for payment. Your invoice will be automatically marked as completed on xChange. 

• In the Resolve app, you can enter your bank details to initiate the ACH payment. 

• You'll receive an invoice via email and in your Resolve account from our payments partner, Resolve.
