Enrolling in Resolve’s net terms on xChange (‘Trading credit limit’) is quick and easy. If you see the option to enroll in your xChange Wallet, you’re already pre-approved.
Here’s what you need to know:
- No hard credit check – enrolling won’t impact your credit score.
- Quick setup – enrollment takes less than 10 minutes, and most fields will be pre-filled for you.
- No termination fee – Enrollment is risk-free. If net terms don’t end up being useful, you can simply close your account without any penalty. But if you're not enrolled, you'll miss the chance to access net terms and take advantage of flexible cash flow benefits.
Step-by-Step Enrollment Guide
- Go to the xChange Wallet, select the Balance Activity tab, and click on the ‘Enroll Now’ button. Your button may look slightly different from the example below, but as long as it’s visible, you’re approved to enroll.

- Note: If you've received an email or other communication about net terms being available for your company but don’t see the option in your xChange Wallet, please reach out to your account manager.

- After clicking ‘Enroll Now,’ a new window will open, and the enrollment process will begin. First, confirm your email address.
- A verification code will be sent to the email address you confirmed in the previous step. Enter this code to proceed.
4. Complete the contact information fields as requested.
5. Select a payment method. For the best savings, choose bank transfer, ACH, or wire transfer. Note that credit card payments and checks incur additional fees (3.5% and $5, respectively).
6. You'll be prompted to create an account on Resolve.

Important: The primary account must be created using the pre-filled email. If you don’t have access to this email, please contact the team member who does.
7. Set up a strong password for your account.
8. Your account is now set up, and you’re ready to use net terms on xChange. Congratulations!
9. Optional: Invite team members. Go to the Settings tab in your Resolve account and click ‘Invite New User’ to give other team members access to your company’s Resolve account.
What Happens After You Enroll
Once enrolled, “Trading Credit Limit” will appear as a payment option at checkout on xChange. If you select it, the invoice will show as paid on xChange, and you’ll receive a Resolve invoice due in 30 days.
