Why am I on unit Stop? How can I re-enable my account again?

You may be set on unit stop as long as you have unpaid invoices overdue over a specific period of time. Please be aware that your unit limit is linked directly to your payment behavior and can be decreased in case of having unsettled invoices

In order to get your account re-enabled again, we kindly ask you to settle all due invoices.
