  • How/Where do you collect your data? What is your source?

The consolidate input from xChange platform, external Container Trading portals and shipping line. Additionally we collect data from our partners.

  • How often do you update your data?

The data for container prices and SOC leasing terms is updated on a daily basis, CAx is calculated weekly.

  • I cannot find the location/type that I want, can/will you help me find that data?

In Insights you can find data for 130+ locations. However, please keep in mind that we display figures only when they are market representative / reliable. If we don’t have a location of your choice available in one of the dashboards, please check other options that are close by geographically (e.g. prices are usually very similar) and let us know that you are looking for something specific to

  • Do I have access to both trading and leasing data?

Yes, the Insights app provides you with access to the full set of data available

  • Who can I contact in case I have any questions about the data/reports?

  • How to activate Insights if I am already registered with xChange?

Make sure to do it through the platform, first Log In to your xChange account, then on the left side of the screen (where you find the roll out directing you to the Leasing, Trading etc.) you will also see Insights. After clicking on it, you will be offered further steps. If you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • How to unsubscribe or cancel a free trial?
