The fastest way to confirm off-hire damages during the damage settlement process is to conduct an inspection. If this inspection is required, we will usually contact you and inform you that the units are marked for inspection. The 3rd-party surveyors are then tasked to inspect the units – please, make the units available for inspection.
Please do not release the units before the inspection has taken place as this will invalidate the insurance of the units, in which case the repairs amount cannot be claimed from the user.
