Please note that upon signing up for our services, your contract will automatically renew unless we receive written notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the next renewal date.
Request cancellation will only be accepted by contacting your Account Manager or emailing our service team at service@container-xchange.com
It is important to review your Confirmation of Membership carefully.
You can find your initial minimum contract duration and the billing cycle in the membership details section.
Important: the contract cannot be cancelled within the respective contract period. You can request a cancellation for the next contract duration.
Example: your contract is effective from 09.11.2022, the current contract duration is 12 months, and the contract will be automatically renewed starting from 08.11.2023. You can not cancel the current contract before 08.11.2023. You can request to cancel the next contract at least 15 days prior to the next renewal date (08.11.2023).
Please note, all the special discount is only applicable to the initial contract period. If you have any questions, or you would like to discuss the contract renewal, please contact your account manager.
The terms and conditions of your billing period, which can be found at the bottom of your membership.
Please keep in mind that in order to cancel your subscription, you must settle all outstanding invoices, have no containers under management, and resolve any escalations or settlements with other clients.
