How can I cancel my Trading membership?

During a 7 day promotional trial offer you can cancel your subscription at anytime. If you don't want the subscription to continue or to be charged for the service, you must cancel it before the end of the promotional trial period. 

After the promotional period to cancel your subscription you must notify xChange with a 7 days notice period before the end of the then-current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.
