I see that my credit card was charged without my permission to pay for the membership fee, how can this be?

Debit or Credit cards will only be charged automatically, be it for membership or other open invoices, in case you or any other user from your company has linked the card to your xChange account. By having a card added to the system you give consent that it will be used to process any invoices due that your company may have. If you want to remove the card added, you can do so at https://app.container-xchange.com/wallet/settings anytime. You can of course contact payments@container-xchange.com if you need any further assistance.
