Containers cannot be released or repaired prior to surveyor inspection. If this is done then the insurance will be invalidated - meaning that the damage(s) cannot be claimed.
Therefore, it is vital that you do not release or repair any units until you receive confirmation from xChange that the inspection has been completed.
