How can I change my email preferences?

When using xChange you can amend your email preferences to match your needs. The automatic setting is that you will receive all emails related to your company for the email type that you have activated. We advise that you keep your notifications enabled so that you can follow up with deals efficiently and receive key updates. 

To deactivate emails, click your name located on the top-right of the platform (on the main overview page) and select settings as shown below:

You should then scroll down to check the Email Management setting and select which email(s) you wish to stop receiving notifications for.

Remember to press Submit once you have selected your preferences so that the system updates.
