Basic insurance runs for 60 days per insurance cycle and insurance charges are billed on a monthly basis to the user's wallet. The 60 days commence from the container pick-up date and renew automatically 60 days after the equipment is not returned.
Premium Insurance is valid for one-way moves up to 60 days after pick-up (per container). The insurance will be automatically renewed after 60 days unless the containers are reported as empty returned on xChange. Costs for the insurance will be billed monthly.
