SCLA | I would like to cancel a leasing deal, will I have to pay cancellation fees?

According to the xChange Standard Container Leasing Agreement, sub-clause 12 (a):

(a) The Supplier and The User may cancel the contract or single pieces of not picked-up Equipment within 12 (twelve) hours from the acceptance date without any penalty.

This means that a Leasing Deal can be canceled without penalty if either the User or the Supplier requests a Cancellation by tagging @support on the leasing deal within the first 12 hours of reaching the Payment Stage as shown below ⬇️

(e) After a cancellation according to Sub-clause 12 (c) or Sub-clause (d) the party that did not fulfill a Main Obligation has to pay a cancellation fee of $50 USD (fifty) per canceled piece of Equipment to the canceling party. The cancellation fees have to be paid on top of already arisen storage fees for the canceled piece of Equipment according to Sub-clause 9.
