SCLA | When should the User or the Supplier report the Dropped-off containers?
September 14, 2023 22:56
According to xChange Standard Container Leasing Agreement,
(f) The Supplier or The User shall within 24 (twenty-four) hours after redelivery of the Equipment provide a gate-in report on The Leasing Platform per piece of Equipment stating:
Depot or terminal
Container number and type
Date and time of gate-in move
In other words, either the User or the Supplier should report the dropped-off units directly in the leasing deal as soon as possible or at least within 24 hours from the completion of the Drop-off.
