SCLA | When should I report the units as Picked up?

Either the User of the Supplier should report the units as picked up in the leasing deal as soon as possible or at least within the first 24 hours from the actual pick-up date, according to sub-clause 6 (f) as mentioned below: 

1. The Supplier or The User shall within 24 (twenty-four) hours after a pick-up of the Equipment provide a gate-out report on The Leasing Platform for each piece of Equipment stating:

• Location
• Depot or terminal
• Container number and type
• Date and time of gate-out move

Disputes on reported gate-outs are handled according to The xChange Claims Terms and Conditions.
