If you are the User

Make sure to set up a survey to inspect the units prior to completing pick-up to ensure the container condition meets your requirements, as mentioned in sub-clause 6 (e):

(e) In case reefer Equipment is picked up, pre-trip inspections of reefer Equipment shall be conducted by a surveyor appointed by The User.
