Who is a Trusted Supplier?

Trusted suppliers have an excellent track record of supplying containers on xChange. Trusted suppliers have a history of showcasing operational excellence. Their containers are as promised, releases are provided on time, and they offer a high service level to their partners if any problem arises. Every trusted supplier will receive a badge next to their company profile on their listings or in a leasing deal.

Badges are rewarded to companies who newly earned them (or taken away if they showed bad performance) on the 1st of every month.

What do I have to do to become a Trusted Supplier?

To become a trusted supplier, xChange members must fulfill the below criteria:

• Must have a star rating of at least 4.5 stars;
• Must have at least 30+ picked-up deals on xChange in the last 3 months
• Show operational excellence (xChange Recommendation):
• They supply the number of containers they agree upon in the deal (on avg. supply commitment  > 90%)
• They provide release references quickly (on avg. within <24hr)
