At Container xChange, we evaluate the performance of all marketplace participants to help our members gain insights into potential partners' reliability, behavior, and associated risks. This feature is currently free for all xChange members, with metrics updated daily based on trading and leasing transactions. You can view them on any company profile by clicking on the company name, for example, when using leasing or trading search.
This article covers all the key metrics, organized into these main groups:
Risk Rating
The xChange Risk Rating is an important metric in our leasing marketplace, visible to all members. Displayed on each company's profile that has used containers on xChange, this rating helps suppliers assess a potential partner's risk level. It’s based on key factors like performance, payment history, and activity within the xChange leasing marketplace over the past 12 months.
The xChange Risk Rating makes it easier for suppliers to make informed decisions and understand each container user's reliability. It guides them in choosing business partners and determining whether additional insurance is needed when engaging with particular companies..
