SCLA | Can I inspect the equipment prior to the pick up of the Container?

According to our xChange Standard Container Leasing Agreement’s sub-clause 3 (d):

• The User can request a survey, and complete an inspection of the Equipment prior to the pick-up.

• The costs of the survey and the handling fees at the depot shall be on the User’s account.
  
  
• The Supplier has the responsibility to make the Equipment available for this inspection.
