How do documents get verified by the xChange vetting process?

The Vetting Team reviews the provided information and verifies it against third-party background check tools. The vetting process includes checking that the information/documents provided are consistent with the company signing up. Otherwise, additional information might be needed for clarification, for example, where the company is using a different trade name from its registered name and this information is not available in the documents provided.

Once your company information is verified by the xChange Vetting Team, the submitted documents will be uploaded on your company profile under Background Check section.  Here, you will find your company’s Business Registration and other documents such as the copy of the passport of the beneficial owner. The information of provided documents will be visible to all members on xChange – however, any third party does not see the documents itself. Additionally, a background check badge will be activated on your company profile showing that your company’s background check is completed. The verified status promotes transparency and trust, adding to the success of all members and xChange.
