1.3 Why is it important to create release references properly via the deal feature?

It is important that you create the release reference on deals in the required format. If you do not do so, then the release will not be validated by xChange. This means that your partner would not be able to use this to pick-up or drop-off containers. Simply adding the information into the 'files and documents' section is not the valid format.  If the release is only uploaded or shared in the chat, the deal will not move in status. So the user will not see it as "Pickup" and will not be "on turn" to pick up, which can cause delays in operation.
