1. in case your unit has been damaged report the damages by submitting estimates and pictures to conops@container-xchange.com
2. every unit that has been damage must be inspected and approved by insurance surveyors before units have been repaired or released

How to claim total loss insurance

1. in case units have been damage and location is known please follow the process described above for submitting damages
2. in case location of units is unknown reach out to conops@container-xchange.com
