Why have I (Seller) not yet received any payment even though the units should have been delivered?

In the case the units have been delivered but you have not received payment, xChange will investigate whether or not the containers were indeed delivered at the depot. Our Container Operations team regularly contacts depots all over to world for such information and once we have confirmation from their side we will go ahead and initiate the payment.

Another reason why you may not have been paid is that you agreed on an extraordinary term. For example, you agreed that the buyer can pay xChange only after the unit has been delivered. Please understand that it can take up-to 3 business days after the buyer makes payment for it to be available and, therefore, some buffer period is to be expected.
