The containers I went to pick up are not in the condition promised, what now?

With payment handling set to ON you have an added benefit of a buyer guarantee period of 7 days after a release is added to the platform. If you go to pick up the container(s) within this time period and find that the units are not in the condition promised, then please communicate the same on the platform chat and do not pick-up the units.

Either the seller will have to provide alternative units which match the timeline of your requirement or an immediate refund will be processed - thus cancelling the deal.

In case the above mentioned 7 days have passed, still please reach out to our service team for support and communicate with the seller. xChange will still actively work towards support you in resolving this situation.
