3.3 How can I use the Insurance Manager to start an insurance claim(s)?

You can simply click the ‘Start Insurance’ button to start a new insurance claim. This button is shown as below:

This is very convenient for starting bulk insurance claims for multiple containers. You can add key information such as pick-up and drop-off locations.

Once the above has been successfully completed you will receive an email confirmation to the email which is registered on xChange you will also see the a  ‘success message’ on the deal page confirming that the steps have been completed.
