What is a SuperTrader?

Supertrader are experienced and trustworthy container traders who deliver a consistently high service to the partners they are working with on xChange.


Supertrader badge

Every Supertrader receives a badge, that is shown next to their company profile e.g. their listings or in a negotiation.

Badges are given out/taken away on the 1st of each month.

What do I have to do to become a Supertrader?

Supertraders have to fulfill the following requirements (only if a company fulfills all requirements the Supertrader status is granted to a company):

• 4.5 Stars: Supertraders have to have an overall rating of 4.5 stars or higher on xChange;
• 5+ transactions: Supertraders completed at least 5 trading transactions;
• <5% cancellation rate: Supertraders cancel less than 5% of their accepted trading deals (not including extenuating circumstances);
• 90% response rate: Supertraders reply to over 90% of new messages they receive within 24hs.
