- The credits will appear in your wallet as soon as the containers are reported as picked up on the platform.
- If your account balance is positive, these credits can be immediately used to settle other charges on xChange, for example, to purchase containers.
- If by the end of a month you hold a positive balance in your wallet, the payment can be released after the 15th of the following month.
- I.e. if during the month of December you accumulated a positive balance of USD 5,000, this payment can be released after January 15th.
