What happens to my payment if the user has surpassed or reached their Unit Limit?

The payments for deals in which the users have surpassed the unit limit are still handled by xChange and there is no need to take the payments outside the platform.
Who can I talk to if I have questions or concerns about the unit limits？
You can reach out to the customer support team by simply typing @ in the leasing or trading deal's chat and then selecting Support from the drop-down:
