If you have done a deal with an xChange member outside the platform then you can add it straight to your request page. This helps you and your partner keep a good overview of the deal and its status.
First, select if you are the user or supplier of the containers. Once chosen, find Select partner on xChange in your Assisted Request slide out like above. There you can either use the drop-down menu to find the partner you are looking for or you can search for the company name.
Once you find your partner, select them and click the Next: Add Details button on the bottom right of the page. Here you add the pick-up and drop-off locations that are involved with your deal together with equipment type, how many of said equipment type and what condition they are in. Once completed, click Next: Add terms. Here you can add what terms you have agreed upon with your partner for that deal.
After you have added your terms, create your Assisted Request on the Create Assisted Request button in the bottom right of the slide-out. Your Assisted request is now created and will show up in your Request overview page. Your partner has also been notified that you have created the request between the two of you. Your partner will then have to accept the deal to confirm that this is an ongoing deal that you and your partner is working on. Both you and your partner will be able to interact in the request.
