1. Some connection issues detected in mainland China (29/07/2020 - 03/08/2020)
Background: Our IT team is aware of some difficulties when accessing our platform from China. We’re constantly working on improving this—essentially, these are firewall timeout issues and we are constantly refactoring the application to minimize the payload and size of the API calls. Investigations show that the issues occur infrequently and independently from the time and/or location of the user. Our telecommunications partner in China (China Unicom) has also started to investigate.
