As a container supplier, you can set a maximum usage time for the container used by adding it to the Additional Contractual Terms inside your sent or received leasing deals. If Anything added to the Additional Contractual Terms will be binding to the deal if both partners agree to it.
As a container supplier, you are also protected by the Multiparty Interchange Agreement which states that if the containers have been on use by the container used for more than 365 days you have the right to charge the container user of the DRV agreed upon in the deal.
