All users have a wallet on xChange, which is the single source of truth for all xChange payments. Any costs/revenues related to xChange transactions are charged/credits to the members’ wallet immediately. This allows members to achieve real-time transparency on the current financial status and upcoming cashflows. Invoices are sent to settle negative balances, and a payout can be requested whenever the balance is positive.
The xChange Wallet is where we gather all your outgoing and incoming payments on the platform.
You can easiest find the xChange Wallet by clicking your name on the top-right corner of the platform and clicking Wallet. If you cannot see the wallet button, contact email@example.com and they will activate it for your company.
Under Balance Activity, you can see your monthly income and expenses for a clear overview of your account balance on xChange. You can also go more into detail by clicking the magnifying glass on your different charges.
Under Transaction History, you can find all individual charges that have been credited, or withdrawn from your account. This is a detailed overview where you can see where the individual charges come from, the amount and even which container ID that is involved accompanied by the request number.
Under Settings, you can find edit your payment information, add a credit card to your account and learn more about our payment handling service.
