Once the release reference has been provided, the possibility of providing a drop-off reference shows up for the supplier. To provide drop-off references, click on the Provide drop-off details button located on the leasing deal page as shown below:
After clicking Provide drop-off details, you will then see the following screen:
To create the drop-off reference, you will need to:
- Add the Drop-off reference number
- Quantity of Containers
- Drop-off location
- Select the Container Numbers
- Then accurately add the depot details:
- Depot Name
- Address
- Phone
With this information, your partner should have no issues with returning the containers.
