In your company profile, you will find a Reviews section, where you can view feedback from references and partners you’ve worked with through xChange. After every transaction conducted via xChange, both partners are welcome to rate each other’s performance.
Please note that reviews will only be accepted for completed deals or deals that were declined after acceptance. This ensures members have valuable insights into potential partners before making a deal.
How do I leave a Company review?
When leaving a review, please make sure your review complies with the following criteria:
- The reviewed transaction was either completed or canceled after acceptance.
- The reviewed transaction was completed/declined within 30 days
- The review contains respectful language
- The review doesn’t include wording against xChange.
- The review doesn’t share any Personal/Sensitive/Company information (E.g. email, phone number, address, financial statement, etc).
- The review doesn’t lead to direct booking/advertising with/from the company.
To leave a review, please follow the steps below:
- Search for the company name at the top of the page, and click on the company profile
- Find the column below that shows ‘Write review…’ and leave your review comments here. (You may include your deal ID in the comments, allowing your partner to review the specifics of what is working well and what could be improved.)
How do I report a non-compliance review?
- Click on the three dots as shown in the screenshot below.
- Select Report Review
- You will then be prompted to fill out the reason for removing this non-compliance review. (Please refer to the guidelines above).
- Click on Submit Report
Your request will be reviewed by the customer support team and the vetting team.
We will review your request, and provide a timely update confirming or declining the removal of the non-compliance company review.
