Will my Credit Limit be updated in real-time?

  • The Credit Limit each customer has will be updated in real-time and visible on the newly added Wallet widget (this will show the maximum Credit Limit provided to you).
    • Any changes in the credit limit will be updated in 24-48 hours (for example, if a company requests an increase in their Credit Limit)
  • You will always have an up-to-date view of your current balance.

  • Invoices for pickup charges will be updated in real-time, and the other summary invoices (like the storage fees and/or per diems, DRVs) will come once a month (on the 5th of the month that follows the invoiced month, for example, January's invoice will be issued on the 5th of February) as before.
