If you are a Supplier or a User that found a negative review in your Company Profile, and you would like to have it removed, please follow the steps as outlined below.
If you find a Negative Review you would like to remove ⬇️ all you have to do is:
- Click on the three dots as shown in the screenshot below.
- Select Report Review
3. You will then be prompted to fill out the reason for removing this negative review.
(Please provide as much details and background as possible).
4. Click on Sumit Report
Your request will be reviewed by the customer support team and the vetting team.
We will review your request, and provide a timely update confirming or declining the removal of the negative
company review.
