If you found a negative review in your Company Profile and you would like to have it removed, please follow the steps as outlined below.
If you find a Negative Review you would like to remove ⬇️ all you have to do is:
- Click on the three dots as shown in the screenshot below.
- Select Report Review
3. You will then be prompted to fill out the reason for removing this negative review.
(Please provide as much details and background as possible).
4. Click on Sumit Report
Your request will be reviewed by the customer support team and the vetting team.
We will review your request, and provide a timely update confirming or declining the removal of the negative
company review.
How does xChange assess the review?
- xChange will verify the related events and facts related to the reported review.
- As a neutral platform, xChange has developed the company review option for transparency purposes, which helps all members learn about their new potential partners.
- We know this feature can reflect positive and sometimes negative reviews that allow our members to express a particular customer experience.
- xChange deserves the right to remove a review if it fulfills any of the following criteria:
- When the posting partner confirms that it was wrongly submitted.
- More than 1 review left by the same company (Please indicate in the report if a new review needs to replace the original review).
- Language abuse.
- Wording against xChange.
- Personal/Sensitive/Company information within the review (E.g. email, phone number, address, financial statement, etc).
- Any mention leading to direct booking/advertising with/from the company.
- Other scenarios that weren’t mentioned above but have a potential for unfairness.
