SCLA | What if I want to dispute the Drop-off data?
September 14, 2023 22:56
Whether you are the user or the supplier, make sure to dispute the data within 60 days of the day the gate-in (drop-off) was reported on The Leasing Deal of the xChange Platform.
The User shall provide proof to substantiate their claimed gate-in (with an EIR for instance).
Failure to provide such evidence shall result in the resolution of the dispute in favor of The Supplier.
What if it has been over 60 days since the drop-off was reported?
The Supplier shall provide verifiable evidence to substantiate their claimed gate-in or also their claimed non gate-in of pieces of Equipment.
Failure to provide such evidence shall result in the resolution of the dispute in favor of The User.
What if it has been over 365 days since the drop-off was reported?
If 365 (three-hundred sixty-five) days have elapsed since the reported gate-in no disputes can be initiated anymore.
