SCLA | What if I want to dispute the Drop-off data?

  • Whether you are the user or the supplier, make sure to dispute the data within 60 days of the day the gate-in (drop-off) was reported on The Leasing Deal of the xChange Platform.
  • The User shall provide proof to substantiate their claimed gate-in (with an EIR for instance). 
  • Failure to provide such evidence shall result in the resolution of the dispute in favor of The Supplier.

What if it has been over 60 days since the drop-off was reported? 

  • The Supplier shall provide verifiable evidence to substantiate their claimed gate-in or also their claimed non gate-in of pieces of Equipment.
  • Failure to provide such evidence shall result in the resolution of the dispute in favor of The User.

What if it has been over 365 days since the drop-off was reported? 

  • If 365 (three-hundred sixty-five) days have elapsed since the reported gate-in no disputes can be initiated anymore.
