1. How do I make a booking? and what is the process that follows?

• To place a booking request on our platform, search for the relevant ports (locations where you want to move your containers). For our example:
  
  • Port of Loading: Shekou
  • Port of Discharge: Nhava Sheva.
    
• Click on Search, and some options will populate based on your initial requirements. 
• After you have found an interesting option, Click on View Details
  
  
  
• If the proposed terms fit your needs, you can then click on Request Booking 
  • Or you can click on the Negotiate button.
    
    
• You will be prompted to fill out the Cargo Details ⬇️
  
  
• And your Request's Details such as:
  • Internal booking reference
  • You can send a copy of this request to one email or multiple email addresses. 
  • Additional notes
    
    
• The carrier will respond with the space availability and further information via email afterward.
  
  
• You'll receive a booking confirmation with essential details, and you can track your shipment using the provided booking number in your Booking Overview
  
  *Throughout the process, you can communicate with the carrier through our platform's chat as well.
